The challenge

What needed to change

Local food systems are fragmented across producer discovery, ordering, logistics, trust, and recurring neighborhood demand. The opportunity required more than a storefront: it needed a practical operating model.

The approach

How I built the system

I help build Navore as a marketplace and operating model together—pairing customer experience with producer relationships, hub operations, grant strategy, logistics, and feedback loops.

The outcome

What exists now

  • → Launched a real local-food marketplace and neighborhood hub (La Jolla, Jan 2026).
  • → USDA-backed funding (~$471k) supporting expansion of the model.
  • → Created operating workflows connecting demand, producers, fulfillment, and growth.
