Context

A fragmented local-food system

Local food demand is real, but the system around it is fragmented: producer discovery, ordering, trust, fulfillment, and repeat demand usually live in separate places. Navore has to make those pieces behave like one marketplace.

Approach

Shaping the platform and hub operations

I help shape strategic partnerships, the platform roadmap, AI-enabled initiatives, producer relationships, hub operations, grant execution, logistics, analytics, and customer feedback loops. The marketplace and operating model are built together, because one without the other does not hold.

Outcome

A live marketplace and neighborhood hub

  • → Launched a real local-food marketplace and La Jolla neighborhood hub.
  • → USDA-backed funding supports expansion of the model.
  • → Built operating workflows that connect demand, producers, fulfillment, and growth.
