Product & Program Leadership
Turning messy ideas into scoped releases, roadmaps, feedback loops, dashboards, and repeatable delivery.

Agent Workbench
Open source
Agent Workbench turns multi-agent development from terminal sprawl into a product surface. Persistent sessions, clear agent states, voice input, reviewable output, and an operator panel give the workflow enough structure that a human can steer it without slowing it down.
2026–PresentMetis
LiveActive infrastructure
Metis behaves like a product even though it is personally operated infrastructure. I scope releases, design the control-center UI, sequence agent capabilities, define done gates, and publish the portable core as an open-source framework.
2026–PresentPlotted
In progress
Plotted is a gallery product with a clear editorial voice. Each piece gets its own layout and narrative treatment, built on a reusable Astro + D3 system that keeps production cost low enough to publish steadily.
2026–PresentPersonal Portfolio
This site is a living portfolio rather than a static resume. Reusable content models, filtered work surfaces, project detail pages, public proof-of-work, and live review loops make it a small product system, not a one-time redesign.

Navore Market
Director of Strategy & Operations
Navore is both a marketplace product and an operating system for local food. Customer experience, producer onboarding, mobile ordering, fulfillment, roadmap tradeoffs, and feedback loops have to evolve together so the marketplace improves as a live service, not as disconnected features.
HealthRise EHR & Revenue Operations
Technical Program Manager
HealthRise was a SaaS and services environment where product decisions had direct operational consequences. I worked across the product development lifecycle: requirements translation, Scrum delivery, UX/UI testing, roadmap coordination, release planning, stakeholder feedback, and global delivery execution to move EHR and revenue-operations initiatives from idea to shipped workflow.
Johnson Matthey Enterprise Transformation
Corporate Strategy Manager
Johnson Matthey required program leadership in a complex enterprise environment. I translated ambiguous priorities into scoped initiatives, built execution rhythms, coordinated cross-functional stakeholders, tracked outcomes, and kept transformation tied to measurable operating improvement rather than slideware.
